A Student Scientist Connect Programme (2020-2025)
Introduction
CSIR-Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute has launched a student-scientist connect programme 'JIGYASA' in collaboration with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathans (KVS), State Government schools, NVS etc.. The sole objective to increase scientific inclination of the students so that they are groomed towards scientific research work.
Models of Engagements (2020-21)
- Online lectures for the students ---Topic related to COVID technologies
- Guest Lecture to be organized & Student meet for Chemistry
- Workshop on Robotics & Manufacturing
- Workshop on Water technologies & student workshop in Math
- School training program in North East State and competition/ quiz in science
- Guest Lectures & Student workshop in Physics
- Training program for Startups & Entrepreneurs.
- Teachers interactive program
- Industrial Training courses for the skill manpower
