What was achieved : The three instruments as mentioned in the objective are installed and currently functional. The instruments are extensively being used for various research activities both in-house as well as by external agencies.

What Next? The instruments are being extensively used and helping to achieve the targets of various in-house projects. Various new projects/assignments are planned on the basis of these infrastructural facilities. SEM and EDX generates significant ECF from external sources.
