(i) Development of Al-Mg2 Si-Si composite using gravity die casting process.
(ii) Selection of Alloy composition of the above (i) composite within hypereutectic range to obtain optimum values of mechanical Properties.
(iii) Semi Solid process of Al-Mg2 Si-si composite having ideal composition.
