Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Disposal System (i-MSWDS) for Bulk Waste Generators

Salient Technical Competing Features: 

The technology comprises of (a) Segregation plant for mechanized segregation of solid waste (100-125 kg/hr) (b) Biogas plant for producing biogas from organic fraction of solid waste (20 cum/day) & (c) Briquette Plant for making briquette from Agro Waste (50-60 kg/hr), d) Plastic Pyrolysis; e) Plastic Waste Re-Processing System.

Techno Economic:  Technology Transfer Fee: Rs.12.0 Lakh plus GST@18% for Micro & Small Enterprise Rs.16.0 Lakh plus 18% GST for Medium Enterprise & Large Scale Co. Manufacturing Cost: Rs.40-45 lakhs (approx..)
Technology Package:  Complete Manufacturing Drawings & Technology Know-how with Operation Manual, List of Bought Out Materials with Sources etc.
Content Details: 

The Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Disposal System (i-MSWDS) has been developed in accordance with Solid Waste Management Rule-2016 by CPCB. The technology comprises of Mechanize Segregation of Solid Waste, Processing of bio-degradable waste through bio-methanation & composting; plastic waste re-processing & pyrolysis. The technology is comprised of different modules. It can be customized as per the need of the customer.
