The GIAD Industrial Group of Sudan have decided to set up a Mechanical Systems Design Centre so the delegates of GIAD visited CSIR-CMERI office during 28th September to 3rd October 2019. At that time a   Letter of Intent was signed between the CSIR-CMERI team and the delegates from GIAD, Sudan.

Later a team of scientists form CMERI visited Sudan from 28th Sept to 4th Oct, 2019 to see GIAD’s infra structure and their capability. During their stay, the CSIR-CMERI team visited some of the GIAD Industries and explored the possible areas were GIAD industrial group and CSIR-CMERI can work together.
