Multi Barrel Tear Shell Launching System of Mob Control Vehicle (MCV)

Application/uses: 

A semi-automated pan tilt Multi Barrel Tear Shell Launching System is mounted on the roof of the vehicle. It can fire tear gas shell simultaneously from several barrels. It can deliver large quantities of less lethal ammunition in a very short time covering larger areas. It can be retracted to load the tear gas shell from inside the vehicle.

  • Manually operated retractable unit for loading/reloading of tear gas cartridge

Status of Commercialization:  Technology has been transferred to M/s Himatsingka Agencies Pvt.Ltd., Bhagalpur Road, Dumka-814101, Jharkhand
Major Raw Materials To Be Utilized :  Gear Box,, Motor Drivers with Embedded Controllers, cartridge, barrels, power switches, single board computer etc.
Techno Economic:  Technology Transfer Fee: Rs.7 Lakh excl.GST Return of Investment : Within 2-3 years
