The project aims to investigate how smart contract based technology can be exploited to provide a resilient infrastructure for Cyber Physical IoT systems. Blockchain technology has an immense potential to transform the IoT landscape. The project will advance the state-of-the-art IoT infrastructure by proposing a stakeholder-driven blockchain prototype to connect and coordinate energy monitoring devices.The objective of the project is definition of secure communication protocolsand performant infrastructure between developed smart energy monitoring devices and back end server using formal modelling and verification techniques with thorough privacy analysis.
