The proposed project aims at developing suitable integrated waste management technology for handling 500 Kg per day municipal solid waste, at CSIR-CMERI. Plasma based waste-management technologies have been aimed to be applied for this project.

Main Objectives :

i) Development of molecules such as alkane thiols and other appropriate chemical entities for possible use as ink.

ii) Exploratory development atudies of Atomic Force Microscope or possible use in Dip Pen Nanolithography

iii) Investigation of spatially narrow deposition of ink molecules from the tip and self-assembly of ink molecules functionalized through chemisorptin to the different substrates of interest i.e. gold/glass etc.

What was achieved :

Main Objectives : To develop indigenous Al-alloy feedstock for manufacturing of aluminium alloy components by MIM process route.

What was achieved : Formulated Feedstock of Al-alloy, 2.Developed Sintered cylindrical samples of Al-alloy by MIM process route.
